You have made a stressful situation a non-stressful for all the parties. You and Jason are to be commended for your knowledge, expertise, and frankly a pleasure to work with and be associated. For that we are most grateful.

We already contracted and paid Allen from Allen's Tree Service for the trees and bush removal. He was here at Noon and knows the plan. He will carefully grind the stump for the tree next to the tank and leave a base for pulling the root balls for the other two trees.

Horner Brothers Fencing, Damion will be here Monday. We plan on paying in full for removal and reinstall of the four fence sections and gate on Monday. Likewise, he knows the plan.

As info, we will escrow funds with our attorney (all part of the real estate deal); Jeffery Ferrier, Ferrier Law Offices, Cream Ridge, NJ, for payment of A Norton Septic. Jeff, also has high praise for you and Jason, as you did his home and office.

I am just now getting a chance to reach out to you after this morning’s conversation with the buyer’s agent. I wanted to just say thank you for taking the time and being so patient to explain everything. You are amazing….I told my husband, that Valerie is a Rock Star!!!

Looking forward to hearing what Chris requires from us and if he says we need to install the extra tank, please get me on your schedule ASAP to come out and check it out so we can give these people a more accurate picture of the estimate. I spoke with Aron yesterday; we can use the installation in Chester as 1 installation observation. Aron recommends that we shadow A-Norton’s installation also, he feels your company is a premier installer of Hoot systems.

With that being said we will be onsite in Freehold today.
