Valerie, While I have a minute and things are calmed down, I just want to extend a thank-you to you and yours for helping us out in a time of great need this past holiday weekend.
We ended up doing the small job of clean-up ourselves but had to get a company to snake the system out.
It seems it is very old and pitted, and now is working fine with some maintenance.
